Bells are ringing

Wednesday, 17th October. It's Gen's birthday! The days before her birthday and on the day itself, we had to pretend that we wasn't going to have any celebration for her. It was so difficult and it doesn't help seeing her so sad on her special day. But these will only make the surprise even better. We went to Sentosa to get everything prepared. Dug holes to hide her present and drawings on the sand. After the arrival of the birthday girl, we made her find her present, tried to smash the cake on her and scaring her with the poppers. Played some games before leaving Sentosa to have our dinner.

Thursday, 18th October. Went to airport to meet Alvin. Headed to his place. Helped him bath his two dogs. They are the most obedient dogs I have ever bath, compared to Itomi... Hahaha. Then we watched 'The Hitcher'. Not bad. A very bloody show. It wasn't that scary as described by my boss. Had dinner and then he fetched me home. =)

Friday, 19th October. Last day of our semester. Took lots of group photos of EFTS(but the photos are not with me). Went over to Stef's place for mahjong. Alvin joined us after his work. We were the biggest loser. The hole in my pocket's getting bigger. Ahhhh.

Today is the big day for my pretty cousin, Chew Yi. Mom woke me up at 7 in the morning and asked me to get myself prepared. So freaking early on a weekend! But it was really interesting seeing all that was happening. It makes you want to get married too. Haha.

Most of the time, the newly weds got to dress in traditional costumes for the tea ceremony. Is it a must have?...

This is my another cousin, Jingjing. We realised we have quite a few things in common. So nice to chat with her. The conversation could just go on and on. =)

Then it was home sweet home! Was super tired. Slept till 5.30 p.m. and then got to prepare and change and off to Furama Hotel for the wedding dinner. The food was nice. But it wasn't enough. =P

I know. They are so much whiter than I am. I really got to hide in shades, put on layers of sunblock and splurge on whitening lotions and creams. (like 5 years later...)
